What We Do
Land Clearing
Done Right
Six specialized services, one mission — returning your land to you. We use professional-grade forestry mulching equipment to handle everything from dense invasive growth to utility corridor maintenance.
Core Service
Forestry Mulching
Our most-requested service. We use a tracked forestry mulcher to grind trees, brush, and stumps directly into fine mulch in a single pass — no burning permits, no hauling, no mess. The mulch stays on site, feeding the soil and suppressing future growth.
- Trees up to 6–8 inches in diameter processed in one pass
- Mulched material returns organic matter to the soil
- Reduces erosion and retains ground moisture
- Ideal for wooded lots, overgrown fields, and acreage clearing
- No burn piles, no debris haul-away required
Access & Trails
Path Clearing
Whether you’re creating a walking trail through the woods, an ATV path across your property, or a new access road to a back field — we cut clean, precise corridors while protecting the surrounding canopy and root systems.
- Custom width corridors from 8 ft to 20+ ft
- Minimal soil disturbance compared to grading or dozing
- Curved and contoured paths to follow natural terrain
- Great for hunting access, farm roads, and recreational trails
- Clean mulched surface ready to use immediately
Property Lines
Fenceline Clearing
Trees and brush growing into your fenceline damage wire, posts, and property boundaries over time. We clear a clean corridor along your fences — making them visible, accessible, and easier to maintain going forward.
- Removes saplings, vines, and brush growing into fence wire
- Prevents future fence damage from falling trees and root pressure
- Improves livestock visibility and containment
- Makes future fence repair and inspection easy
- Works with existing posts and wire — no removal required
Large Acreage
Bush Hogging
For open fields, pastures, and large flat areas overtaken by tall grass, weeds, and light brush, bush hogging is the fastest and most affordable way to get your land back under control. We cover ground quickly and leave a clean, even finish.
- Best for fields, pastures, and large open acreage
- Handles tall grass, briars, small saplings, and light brush
- Fast coverage on flat and gently rolling terrain
- Ideal for seasonal maintenance contracts
- Often combined with forestry mulching on wooded edges
Habitat Restoration
Invasive Growth Removal
Southwest Ohio properties are increasingly overwhelmed by honeysuckle, multiflora rose, privet, and other invasive species. Left unchecked, they choke out native trees, degrade wildlife habitat, and make land nearly unusable. We target and eliminate invasive growth at scale.
- Targets honeysuckle, multiflora rose, privet, and more
- Mulching prevents seed dispersal unlike cutting alone
- Restores light and nutrients to native species
- Improves wildlife habitat and browse quality
- Recommended in combination with follow-up treatment plans
Utilities & Easements
Right of Way Clearing
We specialize in clearing and maintaining utility corridors, pipeline easements, road rights-of-way, and power line clearings. Our mulching approach leaves a stable, clean ground cover that resists regrowth and keeps infrastructure protected without harsh chemical treatments.
- Power line, pipeline, and utility corridor clearing
- Road and driveway right-of-way maintenance
- Mulch mat resists regrowth better than mowing alone
- No chemicals — safe for adjacent waterways and habitat
- Recurring maintenance contracts available
